Urban Design Studio of South Florida with over 30 years in architectural and construction industry, has a broad range of experience in all aspects of the profession; including site planning, design, production, supervision, and coordination of high end custom residential, commercial, educational and hospitality projects.
We at Urban Design Studio take pride in providing our clients with precise construction documents; paying special attention to detailing and thoughtful consideration in fit and finish, ensuring an effortless and timely completion of each and every project.
Keeping our clients informed throughout the course of the project is one of our main goals. This task is accomplished by clearly communicating design ideas through design drawing, analysis, and project status to the client resulting in a timely approval of the design schemes which ultimately will keep the project time line and budget on target.
Additionally, we are an all-inclusive company, having access to all design disciplines required to see a project to its successful conclusion. This fact not only make communication and problem solving during the course of construction more efficient, but also makes the overall building experience and its process starting from preliminary design to construction and final certificate of occupancy an enjoyable event for the client.
